Mayors Parlour for Tea
The Basingstoke Tappers had a wonderful treat of afternoon tea to celebrate their 25th birthday.A heartfelt speech was given by the Madam Mayor Cllr.Jane Frankum commending the group for their achievements and contribution to the community.
